Obviously I'm all over this boyfriend jean trend because this is not the first style I've featured. I just love that premium denim designers, like Siwy, have managed to make a comfy, slouchy fit with a touch of sex appeal. I love the look. Michelle Siwy gave me the inside scoop on what makes this style so irresistible:

D~ What inspired this design?
MS~ "Lazy summer days, when you need something casual to throw on that will take you to the beach and out for drinks at sunset. I had to create something that was relaxed but just stylish and girly enough."

D~ Why do you love it?
MS~ "The Alice style is not just for the tomboys. It's a loose fit, but does not make your curves underneath look frumpy. The super soft, lightweight fabric drapes in the right spots for a feminine, flattering fit with just a hint of sex appeal and style. After all, the true test of personal style is how you look on your chill out days. The wash looks stunning against all skin tones."

D~ What do you wear it with?
MS~ "You can do a tight roll at the bottom and wear them with flip flops, sandals or heels, with a slightly loose tank top. A cute skinny belt works well with this style. I especially love how worn-out black looks against this washed shade of blue. In early spring, definitely wear it with a black cropped blazer or short leather jacket."
